This grand London house was in a poor state of repair and was found in an uninhabitable condition. The brief was to restore it to reinstate its historical features, many of which remained in place, whilst turning it into a luxury home for the 21st century.
The project included the infilling of the light well with walk on glass floors and cantilevered glass steps to improve the circulation between mews and main house whilst allowing light to still travel down to basement level to the newly created spa room in what was an old coal shed.
We dealt with all planning and listed building issues.
